We understand that your photos and art is invaluable. We handle them with extreme care. Our professionals have worked with original art, photography, collectable cards, sensitive documents and other fragile/ delicate treasures for decades. Be assured your photographs are in good care!
1: Once your order is placed you can bring your photographs and artwork to a local drop off location, schedule a pickup or ship them to us. (TIP: if shipping them to us you can normally save on shipping costs by packing and shipping them yourself.) You can request one of our shipping boxes anytime.
2: Once we have received your photos and artwork we will safely scan them using a multiple techniques including scanning machines, and photography. The digital photographs will be cropped, and professionally edited and uploaded to secure cloud storage.
3: Final Invoice. When everything you sent in have been processed and uploaded to your online storage, you will receive your final invoice based on your subscription. Once paid you will receive your cloud storage credentials. You can review the scans, requests rescans if you find any issues.
4: Once approved your originals will be mailed back to you securely or recycled if requested.
